If you have your phone registered on SmartThingsFind, you can remotely unlock it by logging on from a computer/laptop

Nope thats been disabled as of 12/4/23

If it's locked and your not able to access the recovery issue you have 2 options.
Have samsung replace the system board
Buy a new phone
