Hello Dkeane,

Thank you for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand your A32 has updated, and the phone is no longer vibrating. We understand you have attempted some troubleshooting steps like restarting the device, making sure vibrate setting is on and check that do no disturb setting is off.

We suggest running a diagnostic on your Samsung phone by using the Samsung Members app.

Go to Samsung Members app> Get help> tap the start under Diagnostics> tap vibrate> tap vibrate while the phone counts down to test the vibration> if the phone vibrates tap YES> if the phone doesn't vibrate normally, tap NO.

If the phone fails the diagnostic please visit our service center or contact us for service.

If the phone passes the diagnostic you may want to try to reset settings to default without erasing apps or data.
Go to settings> tap General Management> tap Reset> Reset all settings> tap reset to confirm> your phone will restart.

Sometimes a phone fails to perform properly when a third party app is causing the issue. Safe Mode allows you to identify if this is the reason.

Press and hold the side button and volume down button at the same time> tap Safe mode icon when it appears> Safe mode will

display at the bottom of screen> check if issue is still ongoing> if issue is no longer there a third party app is causing this> exit Safe mode by restarting device> Uninstall most recent apps until malicious app is uninstalled

The next thing to do is to back up your device and perform a Factory Data Reset.  This reset will reset your device completely, and you will complete the initial set up for your device. After you have backed up your device
Go to Settings> tap General Management> Reset> tap Factory Data Reset> tap Reset> Your phone will delete all data, and you will start from initial set up

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
