I was locked out of my Samsung account for a long time . Years . Just got back in using phones native update features , but it's not done , I can tell there's a bunch wrong still,
A factory reset might fix it , but , .....
There's also all these suggestions, and notices,
I never had an s20,
never used the kids app,
Don't know why it says it has oneUi on the phone , and smart switch, I never signed up for those things , nor used them
OneUI is what makes your phone work. You don't sign up for it, it just is. If you have a Samsung phone it's part of the OS. Kids mode is on the phone as part of the operating system. You don't have to use it, just ignore it. Smart Switch is also something you don't sign up for. It is part of OneUI, as well. It facilitates transferring data from one device to another (should you have an old phone where you want to keep your apps and settings on your new phone). It is also necessary for backups and restore. Is it saying you have an S20 registered to your account? Remove it and make sure the phone you do have is registered. Suggestions are just tips to show you what your device is capable of and what features are available. You may get different "suggestions" the next time you go into your account.
