Purchased Smart Tag 2 and when activating it appears different?

I purchased from Amazon four Samsung Smart Tags 2.  All four are clearly labeled "Smart Tag 2."  Upon activation, two appear simply as "Smart Tag" and interestingly two appear as "Smart Tag 1."  Just wondering if the Community has run across this upon activation?  Would hate to think they are not actually Two's.

You can easily tell the 1's and 2's apart since they are completely different designs
I think what your seeing is the name that can be changed to what you put them on
