Problems with logging into my account on my Galaxy A14 5G

So everytime i try to loge back into my account on my device it wont let me. It says am already logged in and there is no suggestions or update i nee to do but it has locked me outta everytjing associated with it help. Its a galaxy a14 5g i have ui one 6.1
