Phone stuck with lightning icon

I tried restarting, the Samsung logo appears then goes and the phone just displays this icon. Any suggestions please help. Samsung A53.

You battery is dead. Put it on a charger, wait til it gets to 10% and then start the phone (while still on the charger).  You cannot start your phone with less than 10% battery power.

The lightning icon is normally relates to charging or system issue.
Try plugging your phone in to charge it full.
To restart the phone hold the Power button in for about 15 seconds to reboot the phone.
If your phone still fails to turn on then you may need to take the device to a professional for service/repair.
