Hello Samsung community. I tried to recently charge my phone but it will not super fast charge. Also sometimes it will super fast but there's another problem. The cord only charges one way (orientation)when I am normal charging. ALSO sometimes my charger just won't even charge when I use it enough. here's the thing when I reboot my phone it slow charges. I've tested it in Samsung members and it doesn't change. It says there's no problem. I've already clear cache my usb settings. Turned on and off fast charging. Battery protection and clear cache partition. I've had this error ever since the end of July when I got the one ui 7 update.
TLDR: phone won't fast charge. cord works one way. sometimes will super fast charge. already tried clearing cache.
You mention that the cable only charges when you hold it a certain way. Have you tried replacing the cable?
If the phone itself is having issues charging, regardless of the cable, you will likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.
