I recently purchased the galaxy A16 5G and I can't make or receive calls from my phone on top of that my phone is receiving text messages from Google messages but that's all I'm receiving i purchased this phone from Walmart and straight talk just yesterday to upgrade my galaxy A13 5G and calls where working on that phone but not on this phone I'm planning on contacting straight talk about this so what would be causing my phone to not call anyone
Go back to Walmart for assistance. You need activation assistance from a Walmart wireless rep. Depending on your region this is most likely either a premium retail wireless rep or a wireless rep from OSL retail services
