A Series & Other MobileThe June 1 security patch update (not the big one from a few weeks ago, just a 276MB patch) isn't going through on my phone at all. It sits at 0% completion with 00:00:00 remaining.
This is driving me up the wall as the update screen will constantly (and I mean constantly) slide in front of whatever I am doing, even if I am scrolling or typing. My phone has become borderline unusable.
I have tried:
- rebooting
- rebooting in safe mode
- pausing & restarting
All to no avail. I am on an excellent wifi connection, and battery is >70%. I also have more than 30GB of free internal storage.
Sometimes the whole thing times out saying there is a "network error", and then there's some reprieve for an hour. Then it starts up again, pestering and interrupting me every minute.
Have not had this issue before with any update & am extremely over it.
Is there a fix beyond what I have already tried?

After each step, test to see that the update is cleared.
