Samsung has stated the a22 5G will get the Android 14 update. You will get it later then most as you know they roll out to their flagships first but from what I've seen, you can expect Android 14 in Q3 of this year. Now, bear in mind this is just a statement Samsung made, it does not mean in any way shape or form that they will 100% follow through with their word and give the a22 Android 14. I'm sure you'll get it come just much later than their higher tier phones.
