Go to samsung health. On your page, if you had any workouts this week, there should be a section for it. (Should be right under the workout icons). Click on that and it will bring up your work outs. At the top left it says, "all exercises". Click the little arrow and select walking. You can then scroll down the list to the date(s) you want. I was able to go back to Jan 2020.
