Hi, Allora, and welcome to the Community! To access mobile hotspot, you need to first make sure you have this supported by your carrier on whatever service plan(s) you pay/paid for. The steps to access it are Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > tap Mobile Hotspot toggle to turn on. Make sure as well you have a password set up for it!
