I have a galaxy a20 that has One UI ver. 3.1 and Android 11. But I need Android 12 because the medical app I need to install requires Android 12. When I try to install it, I get an error message saying it's not supported. I assume One UI needs to be upgraded as well, and it may also need a firmware update. Is there an instruction that tells me how to upgrade to Android 12?
Just my thoughts if you try some method from a site it may cause problems and not worth trying as for the updates from the febice itself it's not being supported so will not update
