Headphones and ear buds

Hey,

 How do I connect earbuds or headphones to my Galaxy A16? I just noticed there's no place for phone jacks that I have. Only a tiny hole by the charging port and another on top too small for the ear buds I have. Also what appears to be a slit to the right of the charge port.

It looks like the A16 has a USB-C audio jack connection which is the charging port. If you have a 3.5mm audio jack then you'll need to buy an adapter, new headphones with a usb-c, or bluetooth headphones. The slit to the right is a speaker and the small holes are probably microphones.

Here's what the hole positions are from my phone case, if that helps. The slit on the right is smaller than a USB, you say it's a mic? Where can I get the right ear phones? My last phone was a Motorola

So the smal hole is probably the microphone and the big slit is probably the speaker. Personally I buy authentic samsung products from best buy but you could get cheaper ones on amazon. You'll need a usb-c to 3.5mm jack adapter or headphones that have a usb-c connection integrated.

OK thanks. What about Bluetooth wireless? Will that work?

Yes, absolutely. Get the warranty if you get the buds pro. They stop working well after a year.

@DeDe6 Your phone has no audio output jack. The port that you use for charging is a USB C port.

You have 2 options for earbuds or headphones.

1. Connect them via USB C. You will need USB C headphones OR a 3.5 mm to USB C adapter. 
2. Bluetooth earbuds or headphones.
