Glitching

What does that mean when your phone glitches

It usually means something is wrong with either the hardware or the software or user error.  What is happening?

Glitches are quirks or phine acting up and can varies by person explaining

When I try and go back to another app that's open it glitches I have a Samsung galaxy A16 so I'm wondering why does it do that

I do not understand what you mean by "it glitches".  What does that mean? That the app crashes? That the phone lags? The screen flickers or blacks out? What?  Glitch is not descriptive when you are asking for help.
