Galaxy A15 screen flashing and not working properly after update

Why is my Samsung galaxy A15 something,screwing up after last update? Hit the ||| button and it flashes and I have to hit it again to bring up the apps. Plus I have to swipe away notices to get to the wifi, Hotspot and other buttons now.

Did you clear device cache?

1) Turn off your device.

[Your device may need to be connected to a powered USB device (ex: computer) before proceeding to the next step.]

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.



Notifications and the quick panel have been separated. To put them back together:

- Pull down on the top right of the screen
- Tap the pencil icon
- Select "panel settings"
- Select "together"

After that update or should I called it a upset, you have to swipe away notifications to get to my wifi or Bluetooth settings if my notifications are full I ended up having to swipe this away to get to the setting. Come on you can do bets then that. Galaxy a15
