A Series & Other MobileI registered my A35 with Samsung. I still can't long into google since verification wants my dead S10e code. I really need to have the code sent to my email address. Samsung customer accounts could not help. I can only access Samsung tech support thru text. It's not helpful. I can't reach google via customer service without ID which I don't have. This has been unnecessarily challenging. Does anyone have ideas? Thanks. 🙂

A Series & Other MobileWhy are you contacting Samsung text support when the issue is you are not able to log into Google? You need to contact Google support.

A Series & Other MobileYes, I called G support the prompt told me to enter my Google ID to move forward to customer service, which I don't have. Eventually the call ended because of that.
