Can't get Bixby on A23?

My bixby isn't working in my A235 5g series, and it is said that bixby works on all samsung phones, so I'm not sure why it's not working g on mine. I can't even install the app off galaxy store let alone operate it. Samsung please look I to this ASAP!

Sorry but Bixby is not supported on the A23 5G phone. It is not supported on many, if not all, of the A series.
