Hello there.

Do you use a visual voicemail or do you call in? If you're calling in and it won't connect the call to your voicemail, I'd recommend checking in with your carrier.

If the carrier is Boostmobile, they are useless. Would not recommend boostmobile to anyone. They are promoting PAID visual voicemail and so I cannot retrieve my voicemail.
