A16: ghost actions and unresponsiveness, battery icon is awful

Samsung stopped supporting my Note 9, for me, the best phone possible for my job. Then they removed the audio jack with subsequent iterations. I still use my Note 9 but connect through a hotspot. I bought a cheap A16 to use as a hotspot. Then, I made the mistake of installing the update (7). Possibly the worst update in 30 years of using Samsung devices. Now I discover I can customize my phone a little using Good Lock. I was happy to learn that I can get rid of the illegible, worthless battery status icon at the top of my phone but wait, oh no I can't because Samsung excluded my phone from compatability.

The A16 is garbage. I fight with ghost actions and unresponsiveness daily. My next phone is Apple.

If Good Lock doesn't work for you, install Fine Lock from the Play Store. You will be able to download the same GL modules.

Yeah, great advertising app. There are so many ads and the ux is so convoluted that I can't figure out how to download anything but advertised apps. Adding this 1 hour, life sucking waste of my time to my list of Samsung failures and the reason I stopped buying anything of consequence from Samsung several years ago.

I don't care anymore. Samsung is not worth my time anymore. Thanks for your help.
