I had to do a complete hard reset on my galaxyA15.
Of course I had to verify every platform and apps that I need and use. WHEN I got to Samsun.g account I entered my number. IT gave a red error stating it was not a valid number. ISNT it embedded In the serial, .MMI and iP address??
I was told I need that Samsung account to properly function. How did that happen??
Guess ill need to make another call to Samsung again. YAY!
Yes, after talking with a Samsung tech we were able to see I was signed in and my number needed to be verified. This was all the result of ha ING to change every pass word, sign in and pattern lock on my phone .Between that and all the new features in the platforms....I honestly had to restart over. I am still unsure about which messaging app is best for my galaxy A15. They have both Google and Samsung messaging Integrated. Thought??
This is by far a very sickening person who has robbed my account & all attachments with it& it's done by my daughter & social rejects Literally every facet of my account my address,my bank account,the prescription I have filled & received are all wrong!! It will take many months to reset all my settings myself because I'm not educated myself on the operation of my Samsung phone A15 5g I truly have been assaulted! Have no clue how to respond to help support somethings I can figure out others not at all!! Please assist me in regaining my account or to just factory reset it!
She has had access to my account 4 about a year 1/2 but only robbed my bank account & hacked into my Orthopedics Dr. Office to get my ssaccount & anything more she could get!! Then tried to start PayPal account to purchase a 9mm gun!! That's just a yr1/2 ago,so much more has been done,I could go to local police to report cuz I definitely have visual proof & also paper proof on the whole thing!!
