A53 phone. After the latest update that was pushed on 8/29. Phone now has a second dynamic lock screen you need to swipe up to get to login page. Cleared the cache partition and did deep Google search. I turned of dynamic page under wallpaper but there is supposed to be another button to turn off that is not there. Anyone have this problem with a fix.
