Hi. to be more clear with all , the sound has like a reverb so the quality is poor and down becouse of this. The most noticeable part is in Transient or every song. Sounds really bad. I tried another headpones oneplus and it happend the same. I tried "restarting wi-fi and bluetooth" option and didnt solved it.

I dont have any EQ or Dolby Atmos enabled.

Having same issue, upgraded from an S21 to S25+ and the Bluetooth sound quality is terrible. Same as you mentioned no bass, kick or sound depth and way more quiet. Changed settings to be the same as the S21 and compared same earbuds and vehicle through bluetooth. Sound quality and loudness is way better on the S21. Even noticed while listening to podcasts there is a noticeable echo to the voices where the S21 didn't have that. Very annoying and disappointing, hopefully there's a fix or an update soon.

Hi guys, i solved the issue! Please do this steps and let me know if you solved it too, so then we can try to open a case to Samsung to facilitate this and you will see why.
I will explain the steps and why this issue occurs. I have my phone in Spanish so some translation can be wrong/not 100% equal to your phone.
I must do this EVERY time that you connect a Bluetooth device (headphones, speakers, etc.) that CAN work with AAC codec (i think here is the issue).
My testcase was:
Headphones: Bose QuietComfort I (One)
STEPS:
1. Connect Headphones to S25 normally (my case it connects automatically).

2. By default (not sure if its a config of Headphones or S25) the codec selected in "Developer Menu > Bluetooth Codec Audio" is AAC. Change manually to SBC.

3. Turn on "Developer Menu > Disable absolute volume"

4. Put volume on max in your Headphones, turn down the volume of S25. From now, you control the volume from your S25, not from your heaphones.

Thats its. For me i have to repeat step 2 every time that i connect my Headphones. It's not so comfortable, but at least i can keep using my Headphones.

PD:
Lastly my Nerd part as Engineer debugger/testing (maybe Samsung should read this) the easiest way to test this issue is put some headphones that can work with AAC, put Bluetooth Codec Audio in AAC, put a low volume (30% or 20%) and see that you will hear artifacts/transient/reverb that it doesnt exist in the song. Its so hard to hear this with movies/videos. The best way is with music or some complex sound for testing.

It sounds absolutely horrible. I have tried all the tips mentioned above and it still sounds absolutely horrible. The issue is that its missing all of the low bass frequencies. It's like they cut out all of the frequencies below 100hz. That's great for punchy midrange bass on the phone speaker or a small bluetooth speaker but it's completely missing the low bass that all of the previous galaxies have had. The audio in my car with a Bose system sounded great with my S22 plus. I'm actually going to start using my S22 as the music player in my car until SAMSUNG comes up with a fix. I doubt that it will be anytime soon. How do we go about reporting this issue to Samsung. Something needs to be done about this.

Had a similar issue, but mostly with the volume being far too quiet. My solution, go to developer options, turn ON Disable Absolute Volume. Then go to the Bluetooth menu, unpair the device, the scan again and click pair again. The volume is reset to suitable levels, and can actually hear what I'm listening to now. I had this problem with a previous phone (Hauwei) and the same solution fixed that phone too.

I tried to make my own post about this issue but they removed it saying it's considered "duplicate". Anyway this issue is NOT resolved the Bluetooth audio volume is STILL tremendously bad/low and the connection pauses in and out when playing music connected to any of my devices ( buds3 pro, portable speaker, and car stereo ). I've even turned on the Disable Absolute Volume and it's still a very noticeable day and night comparison of the audio quality as to when I had my S21 Ultra. At this point I just hope Samsung is listening to us and looking into really resolving this issue and putting the fix in the next software update.

Same problem here. I thought I was going crazy over the past couple of months when listening to music or interviews/podcasts in my car over bluetooth with my new S25 ultra. Anything that involves people speaking, sounds like there is a cheap artificial "surround sound" setting on or something that makes their voices echo/reverb. And when listening to music it sounds totally flat and harsh to be quite honest. There's very little bass or low end frequencies and the volume/sound all together isn't near as punchy. I reconnected my previous phone (Note 10+) to my car and played the same songs with the same audio settings, switching back and forth from each phone, and was stunned by how much better it immediately sounded. It has instantly made me not want this phone anymore. Sure the screen and camera are great, but music and entertainment are what I use it for the most.. Not cool.

I was having an issue with my AirPods Pro 2: media playback was fine, but the volume was consistently low during calls. I tried many of the suggestions here, but none of them worked. I even bought a new pair of AirPods, and the problem persisted.
Today, while playing with the settings, I finally found a fix for the low call volume! I made a couple of changes, so I'm not entirely sure which one specifically resolved it (interestingly, I reverted the settings to their original state afterward, and the call volume is still excellent).
Here's what I did:
* Settings > Volume Monitor > three dots (top right) > Use Volume Monitor > turned Off
* Settings > Disable absolute volume > turned the disable option On
* Settings > Bluetooth LE audio mode > Disabled
Your phone should restart after disabling Bluetooth LE audio mode. After the restart, the issue was fixed for me. As I mentioned, I then reversed all these changes, and the improved call volume has remained!
Let me know if this works for you

Update: I'm still have issue every time I connect my AirPods. To fix it , I have to play with the volumes.
