Sound quality on S25 ultra

I recently received my s25 ultra and set it up. But now I notice that the sound quality is not as well as my previous mobile, Xiaomi mi9t. It's a little bit disappointing. Is there any setting that I should do to have a better and clearer sound?

speakerphone. when I for example listen to someone's voice or speak with the phone on speaker.

My speakerphone is actually quite cloud and clear. Now I do find myself time to time constantly adjusting the volume up while I'm on a call using the earpiece. Earpiece volume could definitely be a bit louder for me!
